Nourishing

I believe that every time we eat, we have the capacity to create better health. And to do so, it’s best to eat real food. The fewer ingredients the better. I have many more beliefs and practices when it comes to eating and trying to feed my boys–some from Ayurveda, some from Weston Price, some from my education, & some from my grandma-one of the best gardeners and healthiest people I know. 

And, in case you are interested in training, I’m a certified holistic health coach, am an Ayurvedic health educator,  and am currently studying herbalism as well. I have studied at Institure for Integrative Nutrition, California College of Ayurveda, and have taken many additional workshops for continuing education.
