Hi! I’m Keri.  Thanks for stopping by. I’m a mountain loving mother of sons, a dreamer and writer, a yoga teacher and holistic health coach, a home herbalist and student of the living world, an intuitive, creative spirit and soft-hearted soul. I live with my husband and sons in Northern Colorado.

I am a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga teacher, a graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition, an Ayurvedic Health Educator (595 hours) , a graduate of the Herbal Medicine Making Program at The Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, and a student of Herbal Medicine for Women with Herbalist, Midwife and MD Aviva Romm.  I’ve also taken Dr. Aviva’s Healthy All Year course–which I highly recommend for a great starting point for a natural approach to children’s health; Herbalist and writer Asia Suler’s Intuitive Plant Medicine course–which was life changing; and I’m always learning through my HerbMentor Membership, as well as classes with local herbalists and healthcare practitioners. Finally, I’m always reading 3 or 4 books about nutrition, herbal medicine, and women + children’s health. Helping others become their most vibrant, healthy selves, and living fully alive is my passion.

I write and work with women who struggle with weight issues connected to emotional and or hormonal struggles. I work with women who want to finally stop dieting, and learn to nourish their bodies and eat more intuitively. I work with women who want a more natural, holistic approach to their health, and who recognize that making mindset shifts along with diet changes will lead to more lasting change.  If you’re ready to finally stop dieting and stop body shaming, I’d love to work with you.

  3. Hi!! I have found you through Owl Wonders blog! I love yoga and agree with many ideas of holistic health, but I often slack in practicing! I can’t wait to check out your blog, your family is beautiful! 🙂
